Refund policy

Extended Christmas Returns Period  : Any online purchases made after December 3rd will be available for an extended return period for a refund or exchange until January 14th. Any store purchases made after December 3rd will be available for a store exchange or credit until January 14th. 

Online Returns

We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases so if you are not satisfied we issue a full refund up until 15 days. All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Please note 7 days return policy applies on all sale items.

Returns: Republic of Ireland

You will be guided throughout the returns process where you will be able to request an instant refund, exchange or shopping credit you will then receive confirmation along with information on how to return the item back to us. 

After Receiving return confirmation, Click on - continue as a guest, then choose retailer - Choice Boutique, reference number in your order number, fill out reason for return. Prepay and print your label and drop it of at the nearest DPD drop off location (which you will find on their website DPD has over 600 drop off locations in Ireland.)

Option 2 : If you wish to return your order by an alternative provider please email info@choiceboutique.com for a returns document that must be filled our and placed in the order being returned. We do not accept exchanges. 

Option 3 : You can also bring your return to any Choice Boutique stores free of charge. Please note that refunds will be processed online on the original card used at purchase and no refund can be given in store. Please note if you chose your click and collect service or and wish to return your order you can only be refunded online and not in store. 

Please note any online returns that are not processed through our returns portal will incur a processing fee of €3.99

International returns
If you wish to return your order outside of the Republic of Ireland, please email info@choiceboutique.com for a returns document that must be filled out and placed in the order being returned. Please note when returning an item to Ireland please list the item as a return and not as a sale of good to ensure the item clears customs charges.

Any breakages or damages to items purchased online must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is damaged in any way please send us proof of the damage with photos to info@choiceboutique.com where a member of our team will help you.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on a small number of products outlined below.

  • Earrings (purchased online & in-store)
  • Hats (purchased online & in-store)
  • Hair accessories (purchased online & in-store)

Store Returns

We are happy to offer and exchange or a credit note within 14 days, with proof of purchase.

No exchange on sale items. 

Goods must be returned unworn with tags in a saleable condition. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
