PERUZZI Cotton Chino Trouser

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I added the same pair of trousers to my basket twice and was charged twice, expecting delivery on both occasions.
The first time, I purchased a size 16, but the order was unexpectedly terminated. I quickly returned to the website and reordered the trousers in a size 18, knowing I could have them altered if needed.
However, both orders were cancelled without any explanation. The only communication I received was refund notifications.
This is very poor service, especially considering the item was clearly available both occasions for purchase on your website at the time. I would appreciate an explanation as to why both orders were cancelled and what steps are being taken to prevent this from happening again.
